Emergency stop buttons are safety devices designed to quickly and safely shut down the power supply or operation of a machine or plant in the event of an emergency.

In industrial machines or plants it is mandatory to install these emergency buttons, to ensure the safety of operators and people who may be present in the work area.
THE EMERGENCY BUTTONS PROPOSED BY GAMMA SYSTEM ARE THE MOST MODERN AND RELIABLE ON THE INDUSTRIAL SAFETY MARKET. THE LATCHING BUTTON WITH ROTATING RELEASE HAS A SIDE GREEN BAND FOR THE PHYSICAL INDICATION OF THE STATUS (OPEN OR CLOSED).
THE EMERGENCY MUSHROOM BUTTON CAN BE SUPPLIED IN 2 VERSIONS:
- Loose: to be completed by the user with a connection flange and relative NC and NO contacts (up to a maximum of 6 contacts per operator can be mounted). Special contact consisting of a NC connected in series to a NO is available. Thanks to a sophisticated positive action mechanical system, the closing of NO contact it happens only when the complete flange is connected to the operator to ensure the intervention function even if the operator releases himself.
- Assembled: in thermoplastic or aluminum both with IP65 protection degree, dimensions 65 x 65 mm
Round plates with a diameter of 60 or 90 mm are also available with the words EMERGENCY STOP or EMERGENCY STOP and/or legend plate support.
The offer is completed by a two-hand control with an ergonomic and modern design of compact dimensions (380 x 90 x 90 mm) for easy installation even on small operating machines. The two-hand is available in the complete version with two side buttons and central emergency stop button. For both products, the relative safety level 4 control unit can be supplied.
