LUBRICATORS
Gamma System roller lubricators are intended for use in production contexts that require sheet metal lubrication before being processed on shearing and drawing presses
These devices allow homogeneous lubrication of the sheet, both on double and on single side. Adjustments are provided to allow to dose the correct amount of lubricant to be distributed on the material being processed.
The modularity of the groups and the flexibility of the adjustment, allow the possibility of coupling them directly on presses or any automatic feeders by the production context, excluding the use of the pedestal support.
Gamma System lubricators also allow independent supply of lubricants or to be combined with existing circuits
The equipment allows possibility of using 2 types of pumps interchangeably, depending on production needs

FOR DISCS AND PIECES: MOTORIZED ROLLERS
The conveyor sheet is lubricated by passing through two felt rollers receiving, by the pump and the double expansion chamber, a quantity of uniform oil, adjustable by micrometric valves. Any excess oil is returned to the tank through recovery pipes, so that it can be reused.
