For strips: idler rollers. For discs and cut down sizes: powered rollers.
Strip is lubricated by letting it pass throught two felt rollers to which oil is fed via a pump.
Oil amount is adjustable via two micro-metric regulation cocks.
Double expansion chamber allows even lubrication.
Oil in excess is returned to the tank through adequate pipes.
Possibility to lubricate:
• both strip surfaces;
• strip upper part only;
• strip lower part only.
Various sub-asseblies can also be supplied.

Ideally suited for lubrication of difficult-to-draw spots, holes to thread in cascade with the shearing process, cyclic lubrication of moving part of dies or machine tools, lubrication of strips to shear according to a cyclic phase with the part feeder.
Large variety of nozzle styles; up to 4 spray locations are possible.
Compression ratio: 1:4
Variable delivery in the range from 0 to 9.5 cc.
N.B. Lubricant is not nebulized, but compressed and sprayed,hance not harmful to the environment.
